About this product

The fruit of 3 varieties were pressed together and the juice allowed to settle for 1 day before racking to fermentation. Fermentation lasted 9 days & the resulting wine left in this tank on lees for 9 months to let the aroma's and textures come together. The wine is suitable for Vegans.
