Inspired by the elegance of white Bordeaux, it balances the vibrant aromatics of Sauvignon Blanc with the creamy richness of Semillon.Hans crafts this wine with meticulous care, starting with gently destemmed grapes, partially left as whole berries for an extended cold maceration. The juice ferments naturally in 500-litre French oak puncheons (20% new), followed by 20 months of ageing on fine lees, which are stirred regularly to build silkiness and depth. The result is a wine bottled without fining or cold stabilisation, maintaining its natural vibrancy and character.
