The Spirit of Marlborough 2017 is Hans Herzog's magnum opus, a Bordeaux blend that transcends expectations and rivals the world'S finest.Crafted from low-yield vines (600g per vine), each grape variety was hand-picked at peak ripeness. After a cold soak, the must underwent wild yeast fermentation and gentle pressing. Aged for 30 months in partly new French oak barriques, followed by three years of bottle maturation, this vegan wine was crafted without fining or filtration, ensuring an exceptional, natural purity."A linear and firm red with blackcurrant, iron and cedar aromas and flavors.
