About this product

Distilled on the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides, this gin is made at the Isle of Harris Distillery in Tarbert, founded in 2015 as a social enterprise for the island. Nine botanicals lead with juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, orange peel and cassia bark, alongside sugar kelp hand-harvested by a local diver from the seabed off Harris. Clear and non-chill filtered.
