About this product

A wine that truly needs to be tasted to be believed. The Caviste team were blown away by this ten-year-old Pinot Gris at the start of the year when we encountered a rather stray bottle sent over by Kate McIntyre the producer. So we were delighted that the vineyard still had 120 bottles that they could ship across.Matured in old oak for around 10 months giving both texture and spice to this crisp, dry but luscious wine. A rare and wonderful "Museum Release" from our favourites down on the Mornington Peninsula.
