Single vineyard Shiraz showing off the unique terroir of the McIntyre vineyard.Current winemaker Kate McIntyre‚Äôs father, Richard, chose the 20 acre site for its sun-soaked north-facing aspect and cool maritime climate. Optimal conditions to show off the elegance and depth of Shiraz.Wild yeast fermentation is followed by 100% French oak maturation (20 % new barrels) then 15 months in wood, it is unfined, unfiltered and simply unbelievable.
