About this product

A fragrant, sparkling sake that is elegantly sweet with a dry finish. Like Champagne, the sake undergoes secondary fermentation to create its bubbles. This is made at the Umenoyado Brewery in Nara, Japan, the region acknowledged to be the birthplace of sake. The brewery was founded in 1893.
